GOOD TO KNOW
-
All entries must be personally home brewed, on home brewing equipment, by the entrant.
-
The competition is open to NZ residents only.
-
Commercially brewed beer is not eligible for entry, however home brewers who directly work for any commercial brewing entity may enter, but the beer MUST be brewed at home.
-
The same beer cannot be entered into more than one category.
-
Two bottles of each entry are required for judging. The minimum size of each bottle is to be 330ml. Bottles must be pressure safe.
-
All entries must be made via the online form, where you will also find full terms, conditions and details.
-
Under NZ law, home brewed alcohol is only supposed to be intended for personal consumption. We have worked together with NZ Customs to get an exemption for all entrants to this competition. But we do need to provide full details of the volumes and alcohol percentages of the alcohol entered into the competition.
Good luck and happy brewing!
