What's happening at the Orange Traffic Light setting?
With the governments recent announcement to move to the Orange Traffic Light setting of the COVID-19 Protection Framework from Wed 13 April 2022 at 11.59pm, there are now no limits to how many people can attend an event at Spark Arena.

Do I need to be vaccinated to go to events at Spark Arena?
No. If you are visiting our venues or events, you do not need to show a My Vaccine Pass.
However, we will need to follow Ministry of Health guidelines if requirements change.
Do I need to scan in when attending an event at Spark Arena?
No, you are no longer required to scan in.
Is mask wearing compulsory?
Face masks are strongly encouraged for customers when attending an event at Spark Arena. All Spark Arena staff will be wearing medical-grade face masks at our events as required.
What health and safety measures are in place?
Cleaning of our venues, public bathrooms and offices takes place regularly in line with our enhanced on-site hygiene and safety measures.
If you are feeling unwell or have COVID-19 symptoms, are a household contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test or are subject to isolation requirements, do not enter Spark Arena.
What if I feel unwell while Im Spark Arena?
f you are not feeling well in the week prior to the event please play it safe; stay home and rest up rather than attending the show. Send us an email toinfo@sparkarena.co.nz to discuss your ticket/s in this scenario.
The event I purchased tickets for has been cancelled/postponed.
All details regarding event changes, revised dates and/or any cancellations including ticket refunds will be formally notified by Ticketmaster directly to the account holder. We will also post regular updates on the Arena webpage as new event information comes to hand.
