This is an R16 event but alcohol will be available to purchase at our bars by over 18's with an acceptable form of ID. Bring valid ID if you plan to buy or consume alcohol, as you will need to show your ID in exchange for an R18 wristband to be served faster at the bar. The only acceptable forms of ID are: International Passports, NZ Drivers Licence, or Kiwi Access Card (all of which must be valid).
One entry one exit. If you decide to leave the venue once you have entered, you won't be able to get back in.
Everyone will be subject to a full personal and bag search before entering the event and bags larger than
30cm x 30cm will not be allowed in (cloaking available). Please leave drink bottles and chewing gum at home and to help keep things simple, check out our
conditions of entry. Whatever personal views we might all hold, many substances are illegal in NZ, and they are no more legal in Spark Arena than they are outside. Anyone found with any illegal substances on them, will be ejected from the event and handed over to the Police.
We ask that you arrive early and please be patient as we go through our security procedures prior to entry to the building. This is a Free Flow event which means that you can choose to sit or stand to watch the show. Entry for everyone will be via Entry D and Entry E. The seats can be accessed via the stairs in the atrium. Please feel free to move between seats and the standing floor during the night! Space on the standing floor is limited and will be available on a first come first serve basis. If the floor reaches capacity, anyone arriving later will be directed to the seated area. Entry B is our mobility access entrance which you are welcome to use if needed.
If you have any security, safety, or medical issues during the event please txt 450 with your name, location, and a description of the incident for assistance. The welfare zone will be located inside the arena between Entries B & C.
