All of our ticketing is handled by Ticketmaster. Contact them on 0800 111 999 if you have any queries relating to tickets.

We strongly advise you don't buy tickets through unofficial sites such as Viagogo or Trade Me. The bar code on such tickets has often been duplicated many times by unscrupulous vendors, and it will not work when scanned electronically at our doors. At almost every show, we encounter disappointed people who have bought such tickets in good faith, only to find that they have been scammed. Please don't be fooled; buy only through Ticketmaster!

SafeTix

You may have a Safetix ticket from Ticketmaster - a encrypted mobile ticket built with leading-edge technology. This means that your ticket barcode is dynamic and will change every 30 seconds - increasing the security of your ticket. This means you can only scan your ticket from your mobile, and a screenshot or print out your ticket will not work on our systems. To check if you have a SafeTix mobile ticket, login to your Ticketmaster account. More info here

 

Opening hours of the Spark Arena box office: 

On the day of an event - 2 hours prior to doors.
At all other times, the Spark Arena box office is closed.

The nearest Ticketmaster outlet when our box office is closed is Aotea Centre at 50 Mayoral Drive.

The hours of the Aotea Centre box office are:

Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm
Saturday to Sunday Closed
