Spark Arena App Competition T&Cs

Download the Spark Arena app by 2 March 2026 for your chance to win a double pass to a show of your choice (subject to ticket availability).*

  1. Prize consists of two (2) tickets to an event of the Winner’s choosing held on or prior to 31 December 2026 at Spark Arena (the Prize), *subject to ticket availability at the time of redemption.

  2. The winner will be randomly drawn from all Spark Arena app downloads via the App Store or Google Play where an email address has been entered to subscribe by 5pm, Monday 2 March 2026.

  3. One prize entry per app download linked to a unique email address.

  4. The Winner will be notified by email. If the Winner does not respond within two business days, and after two further attempts to contact them, the Prize will be forfeited and redrawn. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct contact details.

  5. To claim the Prize, the Winner must provide valid identification (e.g. driver licence, passport, birth certificate).

  6. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes consent to use the Winner’s name for publicity purposes.

  7. Entry details will be:
    (a) collected by QPAM Ltd (42–80 Mahuhu Crescent, Parnell, Auckland 1010) for the purpose of selecting the Winner;
    (b) shared with relevant Spark Arena personnel as required to award the Prize; and
    (c) stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

  8. The Winner must be a New Zealand resident and aged 18 years or over.

  9. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  10. Spark Arena reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue the Prize draw at any stage without notice.

  11. The Winner is responsible for all additional costs associated with redeeming the Prize, including (but not limited to) accommodation, transport, meals, insurance and incidental expenses.

  12. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  13. The Prize is accepted at the Winner’s own risk. Spark Arena is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising in connection with the Prize draw or use of the Prize.

  14. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
