ARENA MEMBERSHIP COMPETITION: BE IN THE ULTIMATE CONCERT GETAWAY WITH ADINA HOTELS” DRAW (JUNE 2024) TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1) Prize consists of two (2) tickets to an event of the Winner's choosing held on or prior to 31 December 2024 at Spark Arena, a $100 Spark Arena Food & Beverage credit and 1 night stay in a Studio Room at the Adina Apartment Hotel Auckland Britomart (the Prize). 

2) The winner will be randomly drawn from anyone who has an active Spark Arena Membership as at Sun 30 June 2024.

3) One prize draw entry per active Spark Arena Membership as at Sunday 30 June 2024.

4) The Winner will be notified by e-mail. Where attempts to contact the Winner fail (e.g. when the Winner does not respond to the notification email within two business days and cannot be contacted after a further two attempts to reach the Winner by email) that winner will forfeit the Prize with no right of compensation and the Prize will be redrawn. Contact details provided as part of signing up for the Spark Arena Membership will be used to notify the Winner. It is the responsibility of the Winner to have provided the correct contact details when signing up for their Spark Arena Membership. Spark Arena shall not be responsible for failing to notify the Winner if the contact details provided when signing up for their Spark Arena Membership were incorrect.

5) To claim their Prize, the Winner must provide proper identification (e.g. drivers licence, passport, birth certificate). 

6) Prize claim is consent to use name of winner for publicity purposes.  

7) Entry details (including personal data of the person entering the competition) will be: 

(a) collected by QPAM Ltd (42-80 Mahuhu Crescent, Parnell, Auckland 1010) (Spark Arena) for the purpose of selecting the Winner of the Prize;  

(b) shared with such Spark Arena related personnel as required to award the Prize; and   

(c) stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.   

8) The Winner must be a New Zealand resident, residing in New Zealand at the time the Prize is drawn for entry to be valid. Entrants must be at least 18 years old.

9) The decision on Winner of the Prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

10) Spark Arena reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue the Prize draw at any stage, for any reason without notice.  

11) Prize is subject to ticket availability of the event at the point at which the Winner notifies Spark Arena that they would like to redeem the Prize for that particular event.  

12) 1 night stay at the Adina Apartment Hotel Auckland Britomart is subject to availability.

13) The $100 Spark Arena Food & Beverage credit will be added to the Winner's Spark Arena Membership card and must be used at Spark Arena by 30 June 2025.

14) The Winner will be responsible for any costs associated with winning the Prize including, but not limited to accommodation, spending money, meals and drinks, transport, incidentals, taxes, services charges, insurance and all other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize. 

15) The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.  

16) The Winner claims the Prize entirely at his/her/their own risk and indemnifies Spark Arena in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with entering the Prize draw and claiming and/or using the Prize. 

17) By entering this Prize draw, the entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
