Arena Membership Competition: "Scan, Save, WIN!" Terms & Conditions

SPARK ARENA “SCAN, SAVE, WIN!” PROMOTION (APRIL–JUNE 2026) TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Promotion
    Scan your Spark Arena Membership card on any Members Lounge purchase at Spark Arena between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026 (Promotion Period) to receive a 10% discount and go in the draw to win a Premium Lounge upgrade for two (2) at a future show (the Prize).

  2. Prize
    The Prize consists of one (1) Premium Lounge upgrade for two (2) people at a Spark Arena event of the Winner’s choosing, subject to availability and valid for events held on or before 30 June 2027.

  3. Eligibility
    Entry is open to active Spark Arena Members who are New Zealand residents and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

  4. Entry Mechanics
    Each eligible transaction where a Spark Arena Membership card is scanned at a Members Lounge purchase during the Promotion Period will count as one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple entries are permitted.

  5. Winner Selection
    The Winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends.

  6. Winner Notification
    The Winner will be notified by email using the contact details associated with their Spark Arena Membership. If the Winner does not respond within two (2) business days, and after reasonable follow-up attempts, the Prize will be forfeited and a new Winner will be drawn.

  7. Prize Conditions
    The Premium Lounge upgrade is subject to availability for the selected event and must be redeemed in advance through Spark Arena. The Prize does not include event tickets unless otherwise specified and may require a valid ticket to the selected event.

  8. Non-transferable
    The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  9. Use of Personal Information
    Entry details (including personal data) will be collected by QPAM Ltd (Spark Arena) for the purpose of administering this promotion, selecting the Winner, and delivering the Prize. Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

  10. Publicity
    By accepting the Prize, the Winner consents to Spark Arena using their name for promotional and publicity purposes.

  11. Liability
    The Winner accepts the Prize at their own risk. Spark Arena is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or Prize.

  12. General
    Spark Arena reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

  13. Acceptance of Terms
    Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
